That bet has carried us through 65-plus acquisitions, more than $100 million invested, and over 268,000 square feet renovated or built from the ground up.

Behind every project are three partners whose strengths fit together like a well-drawn floor plan. Zohar Zauber leads residential development. David Bokhour directs finance. David Ettedgui directs sales and rentals.
